Shipping

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 2 - 3 working days after the conclusion of the contract. If you pay in advance, the stated delivery time applies as soon as we have received payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Processing can only be completed if the order has been placed completely and error-free and payment has been received.

If you have not received the goods a week after the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service.
